This rubric will help you and your divisional Productivity Tool Training Person to develop an individual plan for your training and will also help you to determine the areas in which you should continue to learn and practice in a self-directed manner. Please judge your competency level in each of the following areas by circling your current skill level. (Be honest, but be kind!)
