The blackline masters (BLMs) below are in both Adobe PDF and MS-Word. The MS-Word version of these BLMs are stored in a zip file format.

Instructions for downloading compressed files:

• Select the file that you wish to download.
• Select Save to save the file in a preferred location in your computer, for example save the file to your Desktop.
• Double click on the Zip file you saved in your computer.
• Select Unzip and select the location to save your files. Please take note of the folder name.
